If you are buying more than one item we are happy to combine shipping if it will save you money. Sometimes it doesn't, depending on box size. If you have special shipping needs let us know.

We try to ship items within 24 to 48 business hours, but life happens. We will get in touch with you if there is any delay.

If you buy 2 or more items (lots count as 1 item) we will send you a free gift! We sometimes have special advertised freebies available, so if you want one of those you'll need to let us know when you pay.

Returns are handled on a case by case basis because most of our items are one of a kind and we do not have replacements. If you wish to return an item for a refund we must receive it in the condition we sold it. You will pay return shipping, unless the error was on our part. Just contact us asap and we will fix it!
